U razgovoru sa ljudima svi kažu da im se isto dešava u trenutku kad puste šipku nakon što rade bicepse npr, da ih preseče oštar bol u podlakticama. E pa meni se to zadržalo malo duže... U razgovoru sa ljudima svi kažu da im se isto dešava u trenutku kad puste šipku nakon što rade bicepse npr, da ih preseče oštar bol u podlakticama. E pa meni se to zadržalo malo duže... Ja sam tako bio sjebao te tetive na podlakticama kad sam radio pregib sa pravom sipkom,2 i po meseca me je zezalo,sada kada osetim da me bolucka kad radim neku vezbu odmah je promenim... Mozda sam opet brljala oko forme, ko sa muskim sklekovima (kad su me korigovali uradila sam 3 umesto 0 ) Jesu zajebani bugarski, kao i oni sa iskorakom i šipkom na ledjima, radio sam sa 40kg 10 puta, i baš fino pogodi.
