Lou Posted July 29, 2012 Report post Posted July 29, 2012 Nijedan, ne mogu da ocenjujem tako. Ali, subjektivno: Najdraži mi je Around the Fur. Ima notu sete u skoro svakoj pesmi i atmosferu koja traži da se album sluša noću. Odmah posle njega je White Pony, što je njihov, kao što znamo, komercijalni proboj. U suštini, on se ne razlikuje toliko od prethodnika, ima sve pomenute elemente, samo upeglane i sa skupljim zvukom, ali nešto mi čini drugi album bližim. Uvek se pitam sta se desava sa onim albumom "Eros", i za divno cudo jos nijedna pesma nije "procurela". Sve ostale albume sam nekako poredio s prvim... I ono, realno kad se sagleda objektivno, mada sad vec i subjektivno Around the fur i Self Titled su neprevazidjeni... Mada cak i na njihovom najslabijem izdanju SNW ima svetlih momenata... Sta znam, Beware, Combat, Kimdracula, Rats, rats,rats... The group worked again with producer Nick Raskulinecz, who helmed 2010's "Diamond Eyes" and has also worked on albums by RUSH and FOO FIGHTERS. "Koi no yokan" is Japanese for a feeling that is similar to (but not exactly the same as) love at first sight. It's the sense a person gets upon meeting someone, where they just "know" they are going to fall in love. It implies that future love is inevitable. Now we can reveal that the lead single "Tempest" is due on October 9, and the song "Leathers" will be available as a free download next Tuesday on September 18. Antiquiet's Johnny Firecloud had early access to the album and said it sounds "f--king fantastic". His colleague Skwerl shared similar praise: "Many songs are over five minutes long, with tons of cool tempo changes, and some real monsters, such as 'Romantic Dreams'. Get ready for that one." Frontman Chino Moreno recently said the band had to prove themselves to fans this time around. "Our records were starting to get pieced together versus really being created together, so for us it was a chance to get back to basics," he said. U refrenu, u delu kada kaže "everything is..." se čuje neki Robert Smit fazon, baš dobro. Jeste da je rip krš, ali mi se čini da je malo organskije masniji zvuk od prošlog albuma koji je u težim rifovima imao Meshuggah mast.
