BLIND GUARDIAN frontman Hansi Kürsch recently issued the following update: "We are happy to inform you about our musical participation in the upcoming blockbuster computer game 'Sacred 2 – Fallen Angel'. The PC and Xbox 360 game designed and invented by Ascaron will be in stores somewhere at the beginning of 2008. 'Sacred 1' is the best selling German fantasy/adventure computer game to date. "Though we are still do shows we have started writing songs for this particular occasion and will produce one song especially featured in the game as a videoclip. In case we will be able to come up with more songs during the next weeks we are going to release a 'Sacred – Fallen Angel' EP in the spring. This is a great opportunity for us and we are really enthusiastic about the game and our actual creative activities for it. Soon we are going to set up an infopage to keep you informed. JUDAS PRIEST's official web site has been updated with the following message: "The JUDAS PRIEST machine will be rolling out on the road again next year. As previously reported, JUDAS PRIEST is among the bands who are rumored to be playing next year's Sweden Rock Festival, set to take place June 4-7, 2008 in in Sölvesborg, Sweden. JUDAS PRIEST's upcoming tour will include shows where the group's entire upcoming "Nostradamus" album (based on the legendary 16th century prophet Nostradamus) will be performed as well as concerts featuring the band's classic songs, singer Rob Halford revealed during a November 16, 2007 appearance on Eddie Trunk's "Friday Night Rocks" radio show. Al stvarno..kakvi su ovo Maiden fazoni....stvarno ne verujem da Priest sad moze da izbaci album toliko dobar da ce da bash ceo bude uzivancija da se slusha/gleda uzivo...ufff...

Evo i ja da se ukljuchim u MS prichu nakon preslushane diskografije.. BDH, kao po defaultu za thrash, najbolji njihov, riffmasterski, zarazan u pm, sa chudnim zabavnim feelingom..i sta znam..I like the damn thing! "Lebanon" mi je najbolja MS pesma by far! E sad..manja zamerka moze da se uputi na opening riff naslovne..elem, mene previshe podseca na "Blitzkrieg", jbg...but still, do jaja pesma. "FOD" je sveukupno srachunato slabiji od prvog, ali takodje jak i ima svoje jake pesme "H" , "Terminal Reward" i posebno izdvajam "I Am Immortal" chiji sam refren pevao dok sam ishao na kolok iz ekonomije, i da mi je malo slabija bila koncentracija pevao bi je i na istom...mamu mu kako zarazno Svaki pas ima svoj dan...dosadan..a i koliko vidim, samo basista iz prosle postave. Ovaj 'novi' vokal dosadan, plus vrisci uzas. Kao izmeshani najdosadniji delovi Anthraxa i Death Angela. Ah te 90te... Revolution-ne vredi, a i glup EP, trebalo vishe novih pesama, vokal ovom propada vec ovde..malko hrapaviji nego na ranijim, melodichnost krece da opada.. na prva albuma iskreno, podsetishe me na Xentrix na trenutke, vokal pre sveg, ovde vec krece to da se gubi... I onda dodjo' do novog...pre svega, vokal horror, melodichnost ode skoro potpuno, hrapavost samo tako. groove jebeno sranje. Dobro, da ne bude da je all bad, dobra je "Tears Of Redemption", uprsko duzini, po riffovima, skoro pa "Lebanon 2", ali sa druge strane ni blizu. Novom Exodusu fali jedna ovakva. Dugachka ali sa smislom. "Rise Or Fall" mi je vishe Pegasus nego Mortal Sin pesma, tako da, iako dobra, totalno se ne uklapa nit u album(jer je dobra) nit u banda(jer nema veze sa njihovom mjuzom). Ali daje notu potrebne melodichnosti ako nista drugo... All in all, da preporuchim buducim slushateljima - prva dva i to je to.

Malko da dignemo temu o ovom uberdobrom bendu. Skinuh, i ni manje ni desno, nego bootleg iz sredine 90tih od these guys. Volim bootlege ki leba, a nikad se nisam nadao da cu neki njihov naci. Anyway, prva pesma je "Radical Man", nema je ni na jednom albumu, vec samo na nekom demo snimku. Znachi ne da ne lichi na Fega, nego strashno, kad krenula pesma, pomislih da nije ovo neki ancient deep purple bootleg? Stvarno tako zvuchi, hard rock/blueserski, do jaja, zanimljiva..

Lichni ukusi. Meni je dovoljno da uzmem neku Kaievu sa LOTF i ona odma' pobedjuje sve Danove/Dirkove/Ralfove/Ruabchove/Henjove.. pesme zajedno..jebiga..ukljuchujuci i Send me a Sign, heh...a ja tu obozavam...

Pa jednostavno previshe kenja Pricha previshe nebitne stvari, kod nas sto je vishe pio sve vishe smarao, ne moze lik a da se ne nahvali da je bio u Maidenima, k'o da smo pali sa marsa....to je moj dojam njega trenutno jbg.. Ghost..meni bolja studijska..za nijansu..ALAIG je fantazija live..i sta znam..Tenth dimension mi je npr bolja na lajvu nego studijska i tako..od pesme do pesme...stvarno extra live. Inache..SM mi je medju top10 najheavy albuma...obozavam taj album i odushevio sam se kad krenuo Stare uzivo..ali sam se skenjao kad sjebao strofe...selja.

Nikad nije kasno..nikad nije kasno... najlepse je tako..ja odslusham po nekih 30 bendova nedeljno nebitnih..i onda sa vremena na vreme naidje nesto tako jako da me oduva sas sve stolicom...e bash ti bendovi me teraju da i dalje slusham...i necu prestati da slusham... A ako si odlepio sa Nuns, uh..ne znas ni sam sta te cheka...

Eh..kakva Ljubljana? A mozda me niste prepoznali bez brkova?

Ja sam ovo komentarisao pre jedno 2..2-3 strane..al me iskuliraste kol'ko se secam Anyway, mislim da je glupo da nekog drugog stavi bilo ko na prvo mesto umesto Kaia jer je on napisao pre svega 90%+ gr pesama..a ostalu trojicu lichno lako rasporedjujem: 1. Dan 2. Henjo 3. Dirk actually..Dirkove pesme su mi uglavnom dosadne...chak mi je predjashnji basista gosn Rubach bolji songwriter od njega..napisao tek par pesama, ali sve dobre. Dan..mozda, openerka je stvarno extra, damn izvlachi refren dosta. Henjo, Follow Me je proshecna, a LoT je a big nyaaaah for me. E sad ti uporedi te 4 sa: naslovnicom, heaven and hell, eagle, fire below. I sta da se pricha..who's the man?

Do "I Can" volim each and every spot koji su uradili..i vecina su mi extra, zajebantski, helloween duh...to su hteli malo da vrate u "Mrs. God" ali jbg..ne to to...I can zadnji decent...

uh sto ga kenajte vec stranama... anyway, danas odslushah one snimke sto okachi kriki i proziveh sve opet...polude...meni je ono bilo..ne znam...nemam rechi, hvala jebeno do nebesa i nazad pa levo pa opet gore Terra Nostra-i sto mi omogucise dva favoritna benda da vidim za jedno veche... u ove mudre rasprave oko publike/prorachuna/kapaciteta mi se ne ulazi..I'm just a horny fan.

Frontiers Records will release the debut album from Markus Grosskopf's (HELLOWEEN) BASSINVADERS, entitled "Hellbassbeaters", on January 25, 2008. BASSINVADERS was a creation of Markus' while sitting in a bar and enjoying a few drinks. It was there that he got inspired to produce a heavy rock record without any guitars at all. He presented this concept in early 2007 to Frontiers Records, which was intrigued by the idea and gave it a go. According to a press release, "Hellbassbeaters" contains all the basic elements of a heavy rock record "and so much more. You got the strong vocals, rhythmic bass, intoxicating drums and even bass and twin bass solo parts. What you hear is what you get: 100% genuine heavy rock record with absolutely no discordant guitar note on it at all." To guarantee a great variety of different influences, Markus invited some well-known singing bass players from the German metal scene to join the band, including DESTRUCTION's Schmier, SODOM's frontman Tom Angelripper and RAGE's Peavy. Gil Kaufman of MTV.com reports: It was one of those moments where all you can do is look at the guy next to you and wonder, "Did he really just say that?" Is it possible that Ian Astbury, lead singer of '80s rock powerhouse THE CULT, spilled the beans on the biggest secret in rock — during a club show in Cincinnati? "We'll be back next year," a breathless Astbury said midway through the band's gig at Bogart's nightclub Saturday night. "Because we're opening for a band you may have heard of ... the name starts with an 'L' and has a 'Z' in it." Stunned looks bounced around the room until one sweat-drenched superfan shouted out the obvious: "LED ZEPPELIN!" Astbury, his eyes hidden behind dark shades, nodded affirmatively and stuck his hand in the air triumphantly before plowing into one of the band's signature Zeppelinesque rockers. When asked about Astbury's seeming confirmation of the world tour, spokespeople for THE CULT and ZEPPELIN both declined to comment. ZEPPELIN's spokesperson added that no decision has been made on any LED ZEPPELIN tour and the band is focusing on its appearance at the Ahmet Ertegun tribute concert in London on December 10; a CULT spokesperson declined to answer questions about Astbury's comment. World Entertainment News Network reports that MOTÖRHEAD frontman Ian "Lemmy" Kilmister is facing a $100 (£50) fine after openly flouting a smoking ban at a concert in the UK. Lemmy was playing a gig at Hallam Arena in Sheffield, England on November 6, 2007 when he lit a cigarette on stage, breaking the new law which came into force on July 1, banning smoking in all enclosed public places. A British police spokesman says, "Other venues on the tour will be notified and appropriate action may be taken should any further incidents take place."
