Za sada sam preslusao Behritov, Ponijev i Krangov mixtape. Behrite, uz pomoc tvoje kompilacije cu definitivno skinuti par bendova o kojima sam citao samo recenzije (koje su uglavnom bile pozitivne) ali me je uvek mrzelo da skinem bilo sta od istih da bi ih preslusao. Smetalo mi je jedino sto su sve pesme mirnijeg konteksta, nema neke cukacine (ocekivao sam da ces staviti neke doom-aste pesme ali nista od toga) Pony, sa Cynic-om i Ashes D. si potrefio ostatak mi se i nije toliko dopao sa obzirom da su mi 3-4 pesme u slicnom stilu radjene pa mi je to malo bilo dosadnjikavo, a i poslednja je preokrenula sve naopacke. P.S. Nabaci mi album Samadhi na pp. A za kranga, otkrio sam svoju potisnutu indie licnost, i odlucio da izvadim svoj irnonicno sivi vuneni dzemper sa kragnom iz naftalina, somotne svetlo plave pantalone i odem do obliznjih domacih klubova da stojim u cosku sa picem u ruci, i merkam indie cice. the shame. Sledeci na redu su Markoman i Simm A))), posle ce i suzan kada uploaduje metal mixtape.

Disciplin A Kitschme će održati dva klupska koncerta oko predstojećih novogodišnjih praznika: 26. decembra sviraće u zrenjaninskom klubu Zeleno zvono, a za 2. januar najavljen je "ekskluzivni novogodišnji šou" na Akademiji. "Radujemo se ovim klupskim koncertima, kao i buci koju želimo proizvesti u takvoj atmosferi gde, za razliku od nastupa po festivalima, u prisnijem odnosu sa publikom cela stvar dobija skoro iskonsku dimenziju!", kaže Koja za Popboks. On dodaje da Akademiju smatra jednim od regularnih evropskih mesta takvog tipa, u kom će bend uvek za zadovoljstvom svirati, "a posetioci u ludom ritmu igrati". Predviđen je i DJ program: "super heavy heavy funk & rare groove" će puštati DJ Steva Glušac, a za "space glam freestyle" je zadužen DJ Njegova Ekselencija Crni Zub. Karte za Zeleno zvono u pretprodaji koštaju 400 dinara; na dan koncerta, cena će biti 500 dinara. Cena karte za beogradski koncert je 900 dinara.

MetalSucks recently conducted an interview with FEAR FACTORY guitarist Christian Olde Wolbers. Olde Wolbers recently handled vocal production for New Jersey metallers GOD FORBID's new album "Earthsblood" (Feb. 24, Century Media) and is currently recording with his side project ARKAEA, which also features FEAR FACTORY drummer Raymond Herrera, THREAT SIGNAL vocalist Jon Howard and bassist Pat Kavanagh. Olde Wolbers spoke about the writing and recording for ARKAEA, how that band came together, his recent work in the producer's chair, and the status of FEAR FACTORY. An excerpt from the chat follows below. MetalSucks: Would you say it's [ARKAEA] a little more experimental than what you would do with FEAR FACTORY? Olde Wolbers: Yeah, definitely. Also I have been listening to a lot of other bands. DEFTONES have always been one of my favorite bands. They've always used a lot of different textures. Steph [stephen Carpenter, DEFTONES guitarist] is a really close friend of mine, and he has rubbed off a lot on me because we've been hanging out for 15 years. We used to play a lot together in a band called KUSH, and we have a lot of mutual respect for each other. When I listen to the songs and play them, I know that there are some influences from certain bands from when I was a kid. I would be like, "Whoa, that's something Andy Summers from THE POLICE would do." There are definitely a lot of different influences. There's a FEAR FACTORY influence, of course. There are a lot of melodies and the vocalist has a lot of range. MetalSucks: Do you plan on taking this band out on the road? Olde Wolbers: Yes, in February. We're working on going on the road in February. We'll try and do a U.S. tour and go to Europe later that year too and do some festival stuff. There are definitely touring plans. MetalSucks: Cool. As far as FEAR FACTORY goes, you mentioned that the other guys were busy. Burton is doing his thing. Olde Wolbers: Yep, and he's a father too. He's busy and doing his own thing. He went on tour with MINISTRY for a while. We'll come together and figure it out and do a record. We also need to find a home for FEAR FACTORY because we don't have a record label. Los Angeles-based metal quartet STATIC-X has set "Cult of Static" as the title of its sixth studio album, due on March 17, 2009 via Reprise Records. The CD will include a new version of the song "Lunatic" (which originally appeared on the soundtrack release to "Punisher: War Zone") featuring a guest guitar solo by MEGADETH mainman Dave Mustaine. A national tour in support the album will commence in early April.

Nabavih sve sto vidim i sve sto znam i time je stavljena tacka na cd izdanja Bjesova, sada ostaje samo cekanje ka sledecem koncertu i po mogucstvu konacnom izdavanju novog albuma sledece godine.

Sasvim je gledljiv pre-air. Jadan Ashby. A ni Charlie nije bolje prosao, nasao se u neobranom grozdju... Najbolji trenutak, poradjanje, neko bi trebao da napravi gif od te scene.

211 je veoma dobrog kvaliteta, a 212 (koju jos skidam) je pre air, pa cete morati da sacekate neko vreme dok ne izadje bolji kvalitet. Ocekujem zavrsetak druge sezone sa petljom na kraju, jer i da hoce sada je vise ne mogu tako olako zavrsiti.

Slazem se i za to, mala sala, pa bi doslo mozda maksimalno 400 ljudi, ne znam da li se secas kolika je bila cena karte (cini mi se 1200 ili 1400) sto je i u to vreme bilo dosta skupo, cak mislim da je i to odbilo da dodje jos vise ljudi, mada ko ce ga znati mozda se i varam...

@.nemanja. mozda i ja budem isao na ovo cudo, mada znacu dan pred koncert...

A bas sam razmisljao o tome, ako ti brane da uzmes knjigu sa tetragramatonom i pentagramom, kako ti onda ne brane sve te silne metal bendove... Uvek mozes da kupis knjigu, i kamufliras korice iste, ili da je stekas kod devojke/ortaka, pa da ih kod njih citas... I nemoj se ljutiti niko nista lose nije mislio.

Dopada mi se novi spot, verovatno su marnuli ideju od matorih horora iz 60 godina pa izmuckali sa jos nekim i dobili ovakav spot, i definitivno je Kirk (teski hororfil) imao najvise udela u pravljenju istog.

@Lunar Polako, i sa nestrpljenjem citam svaku pricu (dosao sam do festivala), bitno je da se uziva u knjizi, za sada zaista nemam zamerki, sve je ostalo verodostojno originalnim pricama, cak i drveni likovi (npr.Hram) mislio sam da ce pokusati da je osveze na svoju ruku, ali ipak su se drzali formule takva je kakva je.

Izgleda da ce reizdati prvi album Ko radi? sledece godine, jedva cekam.

Simpatican je spot, dopada mi se ta kontrast sto je Biske u belom odelum dok je ostatak benda u crnini, nego bas sam stekao dojam valjda zbog glumatanja (pokreti ruku, izrazi lica), kao da se sve ovo sto peva u pesmi, desilo Bisketu, da li je mozda glumio vec negde ili ga kamera jednostavno voli? Vidim otpade Pgp, Multimedia records vas je uzela pod svoje, sto znaci da ce album biti u digipack izdanju?

Najdosadniji album do sada, isti fazon vec poslednja 4 albuma... 13-15 januar slobodni za dovodjenje ovde, ne verujem da ce se ikome isplatiti da ih dovede, prosli put je poseta bila slaba...
