azal Posted March 10, 2011 Report post Posted March 10, 2011 Posted on Wednesday, March 09, 2011 at 10:26:40 EST French label Season Of Mist has confirmed that the new album from Florida extreme metallers MORBID ANGEL will be titled Illud Divinum Insanus, and will be released via the label on June 6th internationally, June 7th in North America. As previously reported, album will include ten songs, at least three of which stretch the boundaries of what is conventional Morbid territory. BraveWords.com was privy to a sneak peek of four tracks, including the more traditional 'Nevermore' and the bizarre guitar that sounds like a keyboards of 'I Am Morbid', which begins with live crowd chant. Morbid Angel's ninth album begins with the letter I, keeping with the band's tradition of naming their albums in alphabetical order beginning with 1989's Altars Of Madness through 2003's Heretic. The album was tracked at Mana Recording Studios in St. Petersburg, Florida with engineer Erik Rutan (HATE ETERNAL; former Morbid Angel guitarist). Metal Assault caught up drummer Tim Yeung at the Scion Rock Fest in Pomona, CA. It was Yeung's first live performance with the Florida extreme metal legends and the first show in 20 years that original drummer Pete Sandoval was not on the drum stool (he's currently recovering from back surgery). About the new Morbid Angel album, Yeung says it's finished and being mastered now. "It's great, I'm really excited about it. I will be touring with them for the next year, this full album cycle. Pete's a big inspiration to us all and he's a very special player. I knew that the shows were big to fill, but I'm more than ready." Nikad nisam ni voleo kad se bendovi igraju sa latinskim i ostalim mrtvim jezicima, uglavnom izgleda neozbiljno (a zapravo pokusavaju time da postignu sasvim suprotnu stvar, da zvuci ozbiljno i grandiozno), a i logicno je da je velika sansa da ispadne gramaticki neispravno, osim ako imena smislja neko kome je poznavanje latinskog deo struke, sto ovde (i uglavnom) nije bio slucaj, ako je u pravu ovaj lik sa morbid boarda sto objasnjava. link Nadam se samo da nece da brkaju latinski i u tekstove, jer sam se osecao krajnje kretenski u situacijama kad krene riff KOJI JEBE MATER KOLIKO JE DOBAR u pesmi Belphegora i onda ova budala pocne da vristi na improvizovanom latinskom neke gluposti... A i dosta su im one random zajebancije na jebem li ga kojim jezicima (sumerski?) koje su ubacivali do sad. (Bil-At Kir-Zal Za-A-Kam Ki-Aga-Du...) Caput tuum in ano est pobedio. Nek valja album i ja sam zadovoljan. Previse ljudi u danasnje vreme osudjuje album tipa dobar ili los samo po nazivu pesama ili omota. Ja sam vise da cujem muziku pa da iznesem misljenje. Ja sam vise da cujem muziku pa da iznesem misljenje. Mislim da ce to biti to sto smo navikli mada me plase ti elektonski delovi sto su najavili. Nikako ne sudim o muzici koju još nisam čuo po nazivu albuma, pogotovo kada je ovaj bend u pitanju. Naslov je jednostavno glup, a uz to i gramatički pogrešan, to je sve. A što se tiče elektronike, mene zanima šta su uradili, imali su i ranije mnogo ambijentala, pretpostavljam da će ovo biti u tako nekom fazonu. Nabili su one instrumentale na kraj albuma kao u fazonu "da se ne baci", mogli su malo da ih razbacaju duž albuma, da naprave bolji tok. Slažem se, moraju mnogo bolje da budu raspoređeni.
