Hail Metal Posted August 30, 2016 Report post Posted August 30, 2016 Uvek bolje treniram, pravilnije se hranim i manje se gojim zimi, mada sam leti zbog posla aktivniji. Jednostavno leti me sunce na poslu izmori, pospan sam posle posla, jedem šta stignem i to je to. Zimi se zna rutina, trening svaki dan, kardio obavezan, više se naspavam i treninzi su bolji. Elem pre par dana, uveče, sam preskakao vijaču, bio sumrak, i s obzirm da imam novu ultra brzu vijaču mogu vam reći da je varničilo po betonu, bez zezanja.
