Inache se zna sta se dogadja sa onom grupom Thorns? Seca mse da su 1998e izbacili onaj fini split sa Emperorom (Thorns vs. Emperor). Vidim na netu imaju posle toga imaju jedna LP iz 2001e i onda nestaju. Kakav li je taj album i da li je aktivna grupa?

    Thorns je odlicna grupa, ali vrlo cudna i tajanstvena. Ne znam kakav je njihov stvaran status trenutno, po MA su aktivni i izbacili su jedan ep i kompilaciju od njihovog full lenghta Thorns iz 2001e(koji je kvalitetan album, a osim toga mi je do danas ostao urezan u sjecanje cover sa onim insektom il cime vec). Ko nije slusao, nek se obavezno pocasti ovim klasikom black metala.

    Thorns ima novu postavu od 2007 pa mozda bude i album. Inace Snorre je saradjivao sa Satyrom na novom Satyriconu. Pa nije lako valjda posle 8 godina se vratiti. Inace mislim da on radi ne nekim drugim projektima koji nemaju puno veze sa metalom.

    A follow up to the 2001 debut was recently announced, Snorre had this to say:

     

    We are in the process of recording our second album now. We are working in Oera Studio here in Trondheim with Jostein Ansnes and a couple of other good technicians. We started recording drums on September 1 and will start recording guitars and bass the coming week. Vocals will be recorded in a separate session later this fall, and we will use some time with additional instruments and recordings to accompany the basic instrumentation. We hope to deliver the master to Moonfog before Christmas and that the album will be out first quarter of 2009.

     

    We are proud to say that we have 10 great songs written by myself and Jon Wesseltoft. Lyrics are mainly written by Aldrahn. The material on this album is mostly harder, darker and more energetic than on the 2001 album. Gratification guarantied!!

     

    Inače, odličan im je taj full-lenght, baš me zanima kako će drugi album da zvuči.

    E grobe, SD priznajes a dosadan ti Thorns album. Shame on you :bigblue: Album ima bas neki sterilni prizvuk, al ne u negativnom smislu. Kad god ga slusam, osjecam neku vrstu otudjenosti. Jer ovo izdanje kao da je soundtrack za putovanje kroz bespuca kosmosa, dok oko tebe vrebaju insektolika demonska stvorenja iz lavkraftovskih kosmara.
