Seattle metallers NEVERMORE will release their long-awaited new DVD, "The Year Of The Voyager", in Europe on October 20, 2008 via Century Media. The set covers the "This Godless Endeavor" touring cycle, starting with amazing live footage from the U.S. Gigantour 2005, the Metal Mania festival 2006 in Poland, the Wacken Open Air festival in 2006 in Germany and the main DVD show recorded at the Zeche in Bochum, Germany on October 11, 2006. Bonus material includes two songs from Century Media USA 10th Anniversary Party 2001, all promo videos and an interview with singer Warrel DaneRoax Film Studios in Berlin in the spring of 2008.

 

"The Year Of The Voyager" will be released as a limited-edition 2DVD+2CD, standard 2DVD, standard 2CD and limited 3LP (the latter two containing the audio from the main show in Bochum only).

 

As the main show of this DVD was filmed in the German town Bochum, a world premiere of the DVD will be held at the Metropolis Cinema in Bochum on September 15, 2008, which will include a personal introduction and exclusive signing session with NEVERMORE vocalist Warrel DaneJeff Loomis. A release party, including screening of the DVD and special giveaways, will take place on October 11, 2008 at the Rockcafe Halford in Berlin. The entrance is free.

    WOW, kako ovo dobro izgleda.

     

    Inache sto se tiche Warrelovog solo albuma ,sada sam video da je Peter Witchers producirao i odradio sve gitare na albumu. Eh to je bash cool, sad cu odma da ga dowujem. :)

    Dobar je ovaj Loomisov solo, no zamerka u odnosu na Warrelovo solo chedo je shto mu materijal bash, bash lichi na Nevermore..ovde ima tako opasnog materijala, da bi vredelo naci se na nekom buducem albumu. Ili nam ekipa sprema neshto josh bolje?

     

    Stvarno, spremaju li neshto? :) We need new Nevermore.

    Ok, ovo je vec 10 dana out a josh nema videa online, wtf..

     

    Uh, audio mi sada pichi, tj. zavrshava se, prokleto opako zvuchi! Publika se fenomalno chuje. Vrsi su mi "Next../Enemies..", "Sentient 6", "The Heart Collector", "Born" (ovo zvuchi duplo teze ovde, nenormalno teze), i najava za "I Am The Dog" :mrgreen: Nema jache..

     

     

    Ko nadje video linci, be a good sport...

    Управо сам преслушао Лумисов соло албум "Zero Order Phase" и ... WOW!

    Покушао сам исто пре пар недеља и није ишло и рекох - сад је прави тренутак и збиља јесте; елем, овај лик је стварно сјајан музичар и истински визионар и дефинитивно веома креативна особа.

    Овде све пршти од интелигенције, виртуозности и надметања, вероватно Лумиса са самим собом, мислим - овде је на делу groovy Сатријани, ништа мање, има неких прилично егзотичних решења овде и стварно је све врло живахно, надахнуто и органски, врло добар вајб свега + што је прилично хеви што је за лика са оваквим стажом тотално похвално.

    На крају крајева, окупљен је врхунски бенд и мора да је јебено фантастичан осећај знати да око себе имаш људе кадре да те прате и схвате/следе твоју визију а ово је стварно скуп неке веома комплексне и компликоване гитарске музике.

    Да ли је моменат, да ли су звезде, да ли је нешто треће, тек - ово од мене истог часа добије 10 иако су ми спори момент мало слабији (али то је већ неки мој проблем са спорим металом, генерално) но далеко од тога да су лоши.

    Много, много добра музика.
