sta su istrosili na side projekte kad su i oni sranje?

 

 

Ne znam za ostale ali Petrucci-jevi solo "pokusaji" su do te mere dosadni, neinventivni i prejadni da kada posle uzmes i pustis nesto sa Octavarium-a dozivis jebenu nirvanu

"Octavarium" je takvo podilazenje publici, takav poltronski i ziheraski album ...

Pratim ovaj bend od 1997. i "Falling Into Infinity" (koji smatram jednim od najboljih metal albuma ikada) i ovaj licni grafikon simpatije prema njima je u sve tezem opadanju. Imaju 15787763 nekih live izdanja jer znaju da se ljudi loze na to.

Na "Train of Thought" nesto fali (ne samo upadljive klavijature), na "Octavarium" sve fali. Ako nesto ne volim, to su te "mesavine" tipa: "sa svakog albuma po nesto; za svakog po nesto".

Ovo je, zaista, jedan od mojih top bendova, zato je i moje razocarenje ovako veliko ...

Smorili su me a sluzili su za bas dobru i kvalitetnu zabavu ...

Kad se samo setim nihovih muzickih humoreski na "The Dance of Eternity" ili "The Test That Stumped Them All" ...

Postali su "veliki", "odgovoran" (jao, kako je ovo americki ...) i ozbiljan bend ...

Govnari ...

Upravo slusam "Home" i ne mogu da se otmem utisku (koji sam doduse imala i prvi put kada sam cula pesmu), da su inspiraciju nasli na nasim prostorima. Nesto mi je puno etnografski bliska.

Rhino Records has set an August 29 release date for the new DREAM THEATER CD and DVD, entitled "Score" (date may vary slightly in different countries). The 3-CD and 2-DVD sets will be available separately. Both versions will contain the entire "20th Anniversary World Tour" grand finale recorded live at Radio City Music Hall in New York City on April 1, 2006 (nearly three hours of music — over 90 minutes of which was performed with a full orchestra). The DVD will also contain a one-hour documentary tracking the entire career of the band from the very beginnings at the Berklee College Of Music in 1985 all the way to the Radio City Music Hall grand finale. It will also feature rare, never-before-seen footage and interviews with current and previous members of the band, plus several live bonus tracks from through the years taken from the archives of drummer Mike Portnoy.
