In April 1995 David Bowie assembled a unique crew of specialists to help create characters for the upcoming album 1. Outside. Shot over two days at a secret location, The Corsham Street Sessions have never been documented…until now. A year in the making, DEK has interviewed many of the photoshoot’s key players and has uncovered lots of previously unpublished shots. Creative, macabre and uncompromising, The Corsham Street Sessions have been fully explored in DEK issue one with over thirty pages of sensational content dedicated to the session.

25 godina od izlaska 1. Outside. Lepo su ga obeležili ove godine izdavajući live album sa Outside turneje gde su svirali sa Nine Inch Nails, ali bilo bi još bolje da se album nađe na vinilu.

I posle svega meni opet omiljeni Bowie, fantastičan album.

 

Postoji inače od pre par godina prelepi beli vinyl reissue...

I ta NIN turneja je bila jedinstven događaj, i sjajna je bila Bowie setlista (pored Outside materijala pikanterije kao što je sjajna Nite Flights obrada, povratak Moonage Daydream na listu, pa onda DJ i Look Back in Anger sa Lodgera)... Sve u svemu live album vredan posedovanja.

Pre bih gledao neki od mnogobrojnih filmova koje nisam gledao a u kojima je Bowie glumio, ili neki od ovih intervjua i koncerata koje Voivod kači, nego ovaj besramni cash-in.

Prelepo je ispala ova obrada Neil Young-a. Naravno ekipa nije kao na Outside turneji, ali bože moj, oprali i odsviraše za sve novce!

The fourth in the series, to be released 12th February on double CD and triple vinyl, is LOOK AT THE MOON! (LIVE PHOENIX FESTIVAL 97). Recorded live at The Phoenix Festival, Long Marston, England on 20th July, 1997, LOOK AT THE MOON! features such previously unreleased rarities as a cover of Laurie Anderson’s ‘O Superman’, which the band had also played at their secret show as 'The Tao Jones Index’ show at the festival the previous day.

Koliko je ovo dobra stvar. "Hours" možda nije stilski pomerao neke granice, ali melodije su neviđene. O jačini vokala da ne govorim, to je album gde je Dejvidov glas zaista u prvom planu.
