Hail Metal Posted June 2, 2013 Report post Posted June 2, 2013 Jutros sam prvi put probao trening na prazan stomak , ponekad samo kardio odradim , danas sam kompletan trening i mogu reći da je osećaj super. Radio sam ramena i triceps , po 4 serije svaku vežbu : Vertikalno veslanje , potisak iza glave , letenje bučicama , potisak sa čela , propadanja + 30min laganog trčanja. Zen Posted June 6, 2013 Report post Posted June 6, 2013 Ma jok, ono standardno, napravi mi program i prvih par treninga je tu za svaku vezbu da me kontrolise i gleda kako radim, posle samo prati napredak i koriguje. Nemam a para za non stop individualne treninge.
