Amphitritê Posted September 13, 2012 Report post Posted September 13, 2012 (edited) Evo vam recept za kokos palačinke. 1. Od navedenih sastojaka napraviti tijesto, dodati kokos, peci palacinke. 2. U zakuhalo mlijeko ukuhati puding, dodati van. secer, zatim cokoladu i mijesati dok se otopi, na kreju umijesati kokos, jos malo promijesati i namazati palacinke. Okus je divan….. Kokos jagoda torta belanca umutiti sa malo soli (prsohvat) i 25g secera u prahu u cvrst sneg, izmesati zumanca sa 3 kasike tople vode, dodati 100g secera u prahu i vanilin secer mutiti jos malo i dodati sneg od belanca, gustin pomesati sa brasnom i prasak za pecivo i umesati lagano u smesu od jaja, zatim izliti u kalup za torte (26) i peci 30 min na 170°C ostaviti da se ohladi i prerezati gornju cetvrtinu i nju izmrviti ostatak biskvita prerezati na pola rastopiti cokoladu u 250 ml slatke pavlake na laganoj vatri, ostaviti da se ohladi pa mutiti sa 2 slag fiksa u gustu kremu g jagode izmiksati sa rucnim blenderom, dodati secer po ukus i pustiti da provri otopiti 1 zelantin (po uputstvo) i uliti u jagode i dobro pomesati ml slatke pavlake izmutiti uz dodatak 3 slag fiksa u cvrst slag, dodati mu mrvice od biskvita, kokos i kremu od cokolade preostale jagode skuvati dok puste malo soka pa umesati otopljeni zelantin kora – krema – izmiksane jagode – krema – 2 kora – krema (celu tortu) raffaelo kuglice poloviti i ukrasiti (u krug) tortu, u sredini sloziti skuvane jagode i preliti prelivom za torte (kuvan u sok od jagode) Izvor: Coolinarka Edited September 13, 2012 by Amphitritê Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
