Sisus Posted April 11, 2010 Report post Posted April 11, 2010 potpoiš ih u mešavinu soli/vegete, senfa, ulja i bibera preko noći (ostaviš u frižideru), ispržiš naglo na malo masnoće, kad je meso spolja pečeno (sa obe strane), sipaš piva u tiganj, poklopiš i dinstaš dok meso ne omekša. uz to možeš poslužiti krompir ili pirinač, i neku svežu salatu. Ali ne običan pasulj, nego pasulj u kazančetu! 12 litra ili tako nešto (a možda i više, koji se kuvao oko 5-6 sati. Zaljutio-preljutio sam ga malo (mnogo) više svojom jednom slučajnom greškom. Other then that... bio je super. Žao mi je što nisam uzeo neke fotke da vam pokažem. Rule number one: hrana nikada ne moze biti preljuta. Sad sam se navukao na stavljanje feferona u sendvice, a inace imam pravilo u jelu: "jedan zalogaj = jedna feferona". Btw, razbih se od musake danas. Prosle Dane Piva cu pamtiti po tom kulenu, a 100 vrsta piva sam tad probao. I sad me zanima ima li se to negde naci i ovako, van tezgi i vasara. Pojedem jedno 4 male feferonke i sat vremena kasnije trocasovni grcevi pocinju. Jako mi je zao sto ne mogu vise da jedem jako ljuto. Pojedem jedno 4 male feferonke i sat vremena kasnije trocasovni grcevi pocinju. Jako mi je zao sto ne mogu vise da jedem jako ljuto. mene je samo jednom malo peklo grlo, ali tih dana sam stvarno preterivala sa kolicinama feferona. onda sam napravila pauzu od dve nedelje i ponovo po starom. a zeludac ce da se javi za par godina, u to sam sigurna, pored ljutine i kiseline kojom ga unistavam.
