"I broke my arm using a jetski. it was my first time on a jetski, and I was too confident. So while jumping the waves I broke my arm. Instead of having my arm in a cast, I got presented with this great option to use these external pins so I could keep using my muscles while my arm was recovering. I spent four months with those pins in my arm and the last month I went on tour – visually it was awesome and it saved my life pretty much."
