ANNIHILATOR guitarist and main man JEFF WATERS discusses the artwork: "The new Annihilator CD cover art was, again, done by the great Gyula Havancsák (http://www.hjules.com). He has done the art for the last 4 Annihilator studio releases, as well as the 'Ten Years in Hell' DVD. The concept was mine and came to me in a dream (more like a nightmare) and seems to be 'Alice' (Alison Hell), returned from the grave! Musically, the new CD ended up being far more aggressive than expected; thus, the new CD cover seems to compliment the songs perfectly." 'ANNIHILATOR' is set to feature ten tracks of heads-down, no-frills metal, and is sure to be a highlight in the band's already-impressive catalogue. lemmy sixx Posted March 22, 2010 Report post Posted March 22, 2010 Poslednji dobar album je bio "Waking The Fury",posle toga sve je manje/vise sranje.Nista drugo ne ocekujem ni od novog albuma,tako da ce me svaki napredak prijatno iznenaditi.Omot je interesantan,dopada mi se,ali nazivi pesama su kesa.No,to nista ne mora znaciti,ce da vidimo. Jest', ali su ga onda usrali sa produkcijom i onim robotizovanim gitarama. To jeste,ali nikako ne umanjuje kvalitet albuma.Prepun je sjajnih pesama,pored ovih sto sam iznad naveo dodao bih i "Torn",jebacka pesma sa fenomenalnim refrenom.Mislim da se Jeff jako zajebao sto je otpilio Joe Comeau-a,to je ubedljivo najbolji pevac koji je pevao u bendu,a i ucestvovao je u radu na pesmama poprilicno. meni su ta dva albuma po kvalitetu vrlo blizu. solidni, ali daleko od najboljih ostvarenja, dakle prvenstveno mislim na prva tri albuma. Za Waking the Fury - sad, ako ćemo pojedinačno da nabrajamo pesme, da uzmem da ga slušam ponovo i podsetim se koje se pesme uklapaju u ono što sam rekao, ne pada mi na pamet. Apeiron Posted March 24, 2010 Report post Posted March 24, 2010 Problem sa Alice in Hell albumom je sto ako skines intro i naslovnu pesmu, album gubi na kvalitetu za bar 70%. Waters je najbolji vokal ovog benda. A tesko je reci jedan album. Ako bih morao, bio bi to King of the Kill, mada bi to vise izgledalo ovako nekako: King of the Kill/Never Neverland/Set the World/Refresh the Demon.
