Ајлин Posted April 10, 2009 Report post Posted April 10, 2009 na vodi može da bude i ona piletina u paradajzu koju sam već pisala, postiš, jel' da? dobra je i šarena čorba na vodi ako ti čorbi nije već dosta? luk/praziluk na vodi, posoliš, bućneš pola kesice graška, isto toliko šećerca, iseckanu šargarepu, krompir, možeš malo pirinča ili neku posnu taranu, i naravno biber& aleva paprika. to sve neka se krčka dok paprika ne uđe "u pore" povrću i luk se potpuno ne istopi... pazi da ti vatra ne bude velika da se povrće ne raspadne. paprika je ključ ima i varijanta red krompira - red oslića - red luka - samo ne zaboravi da posoliš. i limunov sok. pa sve udinstaš. preporučljivo je da koristiš začine da ti bude interesantnije... evo jedne tabele upotrebe začina Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
