feyd Posted February 28, 2010 Report post Posted February 28, 2010 osnovna razlika između lazanja i ostalih vrsta testenina (tj. oblika, budući da je sastav testenina manje-više istovetan) jeste u tome da se sve vrste testenine sem lazanja prethodno kuvaju, dok se lazanje PEKU. no, ukoliko je fil koji se koristi od bešamel sosa (kao što je na primer varijanta lazanja sa spanaćem ili blitvom), a bešamel se ne da upiti u testeninu, onda je jedna mogućnost pokvasiti lazanje prilikom slaganja ili ih preliti paradajz sosom, ili se izuzetno mogu do pola skuvati prethodno, ali tu postoji rizik da se u nastavku postupka prekuvaju, pa da onda rezultat bude konzistencije skrobne kaše. CrystalArcade Posted February 28, 2010 Report post Posted February 28, 2010 Usput, evo vam recep' za začinjeni krUmpir (improvizacija by me): Recimo nekako ovako: 350g krompira očistiti i iseći na ploške debljine 2-3cm (za neupućene, ja ploške zovem ono kad se poprečno seče), pa obariti. Za to vreme u 100g slatke pavlake (na točenje sa pijace ), razmutitinekoliko kafenih kašika aleve paprike, malo soja sosa, origana,bosiljka, ruzmarina i mešavine bibera, dodati otprilike 150ml vode. Kad je krompir obaren, mešavinu pavlake i začina turiti na ringlu da malko proFri. Shamandalie Posted March 1, 2010 Report post Posted March 1, 2010 Strane testenine su kod nas previse skupe, a pakovanje veoma kvalitetne italijanske testenine npr. u Lidlu u Segedinu kosta oko 50 dinara, tako da sam ja odlucila da se snabdevam tamo kada mogu.
