Nije svaki protein isti , biljke nemaju dovoljno kvalitetan aminokiselinski sastav , kao na primer belanca,mleko , mesa , samim ti ni protein iz biljaka ne moze biti isti kao iz mesa . Odavno nisam toliko konzumirao slaninu kao ove zime. Slanina je divna stvar. Doručkovao sam kulju, iliti kačamak, sa sirom. I slaninom. Potom pomorandžu, uz čaj. I slaninu.
