Onda se okrenuo Dejv prema meni, podigo srednji prs' i rek'o "A ti rIJeci onom tvom poznaniku Milosu (Mustaine-u) da niJesam zaboravio da ste mi marnuli lIJekove i mobilni telefon ba..."..... The line "So as you read this, know my friends..." implies that what is being heard is possibly a suicide note.
