Hail Metal Posted February 2, 2010 Report post Posted February 2, 2010 Juce sam kupio onaj tocak za trbusnjake , radio sam par serija po 10 ponavljanja , i imam upalu gornjeg dela ledja i tricepsa , vise nego trbusnjaka , jel to normalno , mislim da sam pravilno radio ? stomak osecam da me zateze ali nije upala , mozda zato sto ledja nisam radio odavno , a trbusnjake one klasine radim . I za divno cudo, napredovao sam od proslog puta Danas sam radio ledja - triceps. Ja trbusnjake radim na kosoj klupi sa opterecenjem od 10kg i trbusnjaci rade ko blesavi. Tocak sam kupio pre dva meseca i mislim da pomaze da se zategnu bocni trbusnjaci ali mi smeta sto toliko opterecuje ramena. Inace pije neko odavde surutku , dobro je to ? Ja trbusnjake radim na kosoj klupi sa opterecenjem od 10kg i trbusnjaci rade ko blesavi. Tocak sam kupio pre dva meseca i mislim da pomaze da se zategnu bocni trbusnjaci ali mi smeta sto toliko opterecuje ramena. Tricepsi otkidaju , i ledja (deo kod lopatica) , nije losa vezba , ali je teska barem za mene , uradim 5 serija po 8-10 ponavljanja , skroz se ispruzim , slab sam u rukama u ledjima .... 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Hocu der malo da preskacem ta vezba je zakon Ne znam šta smatraš povoljnim, ali ja sam za nekih 5Tesli kupio odličnu kožnu vijaču u Đaku, pretprošle godine. Dobri drveni rukohvati, neki kao kuglični ležaj u osnovi veze "kanapa" i drški... Morao sam da razradim levi skočni zglob posle kidanja ligamenata...
