Angelystor Posted April 19, 2009 Report post Posted April 19, 2009 Finnish bassist Jari Kainulainen (who is currently a member of Sweden's EVERGREY) will join Timo Tolkki (REVOLUTION RENAISANCE, STRATOVARIUS) and fellow ex-STRATOVARIUS members Tuomo Lassila (drums) and Anti Ikonen (keyboards) to record a new album, titled "Return to Dreamspace", for a fall 2009 release. This means that the project's lineup is exactly the same as the one that recorded STRATOVARIUS' "Dreamspace" LP that was released in 1994. Regarding the musical direction of the CD, Tolkki previously said, "It has been 15 years from [sTRATOVARIUS' 'Dreamspace'] album, so it will be interesting, for sure... It's not a 'remake,' but a brand new album. A closure for [what] I consider to be the end of STRATOVARIUS. It completes the cycle and returns to the beginning." MyNameIsMisery Posted April 24, 2009 Report post Posted April 24, 2009 Ma, evo vama link-a za spot za tu novu pesmu tj single : http://www.roadrunnerrecords.com/blabbermo...wsitemID=118492 Dalje, što se tiče novog gitariste benda, Matiasa, ja sam odavno skontao lika (mnogo pre nego da dodje u Stratovarius) i otvorio temu o njemu (temu u kojoj sam bio 'naložen', lol; oprostite zato, i samom sebi sam sad donekle smešan) : http://www.yumetal.net/forum/index.php?sho...atias+kupiainen A evo i još dva novija snimka ovog momka: (izgleda da se radi o segmentima iz pesama sa novog albuma, solaže su u pitanju) I najzad, još malo update-a o liku => saznah, u medjuvremenu, da svira od četvrte godine svog života, da sad ima 25, kao i da je završio muzičku akademiju Jean (da, tako se piše) Sibelius u Helsinkiju. Dosad je radio u svom studiju kao producent i - izvodjač... A pobedio je i na skorašnjem takmičenju mladih gitarista, te svirao na albumu gitarskih zvezda ('[Finnish] Guitar Heroes', to mooorate da čujete ako volite gitarsku solo-orijentisanu muziku). Voli Dream Theater i Symphony X... i to je to, da ne smaram više. P.S. Covek koji je radio cover za Stratovariusov novi album. Inace ne znam koliko znate, ali ako odete na njegov myspace, videcete da je radio gomilu covera za Grave Digger. Za .. ne secam se koji, valjda `Last Supper` kao 'model' za Isusa na omotu mu je posluzio covek cijeg imena ne mogu da se setim, inace Basista iz Novog Sada (ili nekog Vojvodjanskog grada), svirao je sa nekoliko nasih bendova, mislim da je najpoznatiji po radu sa Amentesom, ako ja nesto nisam pomeshao Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
