Ali probaj da malo ubrzaš metabolizam tako što ćeš jesti pet puta dnevno (3 gl. obroka i 2 užine) u jednakim vremenskim intervalima, bavi se aerobnim aktivnostima rano ujutru pre doručka, jedi dosta ribe i barenog povrća, pij hladnu vodu (zato što kad piješ hladnu vodu organizam (tj. metabolizam) je tada "prisiljen" da stvara i troši energiju na zagrevanje te vode na telesnu temperatutu) itd. Skoro sam jeo neke ekspandirane integralne žitarice (pšenica i ječam) i mogu reći da mi se stvarno svidelo.
