Including pasta in your diet three times a week or more is an easy way to help meet that goal. since one serving of cooked pasta is only 1/2 cup, if you eat a typical serving of cooked spaghetti, this will probably provide two or three of your recommended servings of complex carbohydrates." @ Baba Dzonga: Eh da sto se tice przenih pecurki... one se prze sa veoma malo ulja (po mogucstvu maslinovog, ipak smo mi siromasna zemlja) jer puste svoj sok tako da je i taj segment pokriven, a ne prze se dugo... A sto se tice navika... navike se menjaju, zavisi ko im kako robuje... u hrani moze da se uziva itekako, barem ja uzivam da kuvam i jedem, ali ne volim da se hranim djubretom. U pravu su i Gavra i Sova treba slusati svoj organizam... ali treba paziti i na sta ga navikavamo. Ako hocete liniju + zdravlje jedite mekinje u kombinaciji sa mlekom ili jogurtom i bice sranja... Generalno dnevno bi trebalo uzimati oko 30g namirnica sa dijetnim vlaknima (povrce, voce) jer one da se izrazim plasticno obmotavaju sadrzaj creva i potpomazu kontrakcije istih pa vam raznorazni cajevi nisu ni potrebni. Ljudi pijte cajeve, kada odete u zatvor vec ce biti kasno Najzdravije je da se 'krecete' tj trosite energiju, pijete dovoljno tecnosti, redovno okupirate wc i zlostavljate toalet papir.... i ne preterivati ni sa jednom vrstom namirnica...
