Grobodan Posted October 13, 2007 Report post Posted October 13, 2007 Evo teme o ovom Svedskom bendu, tek sam se u skorije vreme podrobno upoznao sa njihovom diskografijom (ne mogu ni ja sve da stignem, hehe), pomalo nepravedno zapostavljenom. Prvi album Kiss the Goat iz 95 skrece paznju zbog pink boje omota (nije greska clanova benda, vec izdavaca)...Heheh, gej roze koza, album je OK, ali samo naznaka onog sto ce uslediti... ...sa drugim albumom Enter the Moonlight gate, 1997, sa veoma dobrim coverom i odlicnom muzickom (Svedska skola – melodicno agresivno), i do dana danasnjeg ostaje njihov najbolji album po meni. Usledjuju jos 2 odlicna albuma Unholy Crusade, dosta slican prethodnom, na albumu se nalazi i nastavak epske Realm of a 1000 burning souls sa ETMG, i Angelgrinder, malo brzi i agresivniji od prethodna 3. U ovom periodu izbija frka sa izdavackom kucom No Fashion koja odbija da na album uvrsti pesmu Purify Sweden zbog, navodno, rasistickih konotacija. Bend raskida ugovor sa njima i objavljuje pesmu na 7‘’ singlu (lirika pesme je inace posvecena ciscenju Svedske od Hriscanstva i nema veze sa rasizmom, a na naslovnoj strani je cover Lords of Chaos knjige – crkva u plamenu). Sve u svemu, ova 3 albuma su pod obavezno, definitivno. Bend zatim potpisuje za Regain i objavljuje 2 slabija izdanja Seal of Belial (za koji sam inace cuo da im je najprodavanji…) i Nocturnal Beast, a prosle godine se malo vadi iz govana sa Revelation koji je svojevrstan povratak na njihov zlatni period. Jos da pomenem i da bend radi ocajne obrade, slusao sam njihove verzije Enter the eternal Fire i Come to the Sabbath i ne zna se koju su vise nagrdili, hehe. Kiss the Goat sam cuo pre nekoliko godina i odma su mi se svidele stvari "Hymn of the Ancient Misanthropic..." i "Grace of God", zatim i ceo album koji je odlican! Slusao sam jos i Enter the Moonlight Gate i Angelgrinder koji su takodje dobri albumi. Ove ostale nisam preslusao, na sta podsecaju? Jesu li bar malo kao stariji albumi? Ako vam se stvarno ne dopadaju: "Belial- Northern Prince Of Evil" i "Realm Of A Thousand Burning Souls" onda vam se neće dopasti ništa... Šteta što je ovaj bend malo potcenjen čini mi se, a kvalitetniji je od mase bendova... A jedna od ovih pesama je meni u top 10 BM pesama koje sam do sad čula, tako da to dovoljno govori za koga ih smatram Nisam još nabavila "Revelation: The Seventh Seal" iz 2007, kad od ovih šmokljana na habu to niko ne sluša Edited October 29, 2007 by Natasha! I mogu reci da veoma dobro zvuce...tj. kakvog sve krsha ima u black metalu...ovo je remek delo !! All future gigs are cancelled. We would like to thank all fans, bands we have played with, labels, organizers and everyone involved in the band for the past 17 years! "The main reason for this is the hearing problem (tinnitus) that has grown into a quite big problem for Micke [backelin, drums] the last years… The other members in the band were not forced to put an end to the band but instead they mutually agreed that finding another drummer was not a solution for the future. "Anyhow, if Micke's hearing will be at least a little bit recovered after a break from music and especially live appearances for some time, we really hope that we can continue where we ended.
